桃園市立青埔國民中學校園開放注意事項

一、開放範圍

本校運動場(含田徑跑道、球場)開放供社區民眾使用。

教學及行政大樓、專科教室及未公告之區域,均不在開放範圍內,請勿擅入。

二、開放時間
(一)平日期間及寒暑假期間:下午17時30分至20時00分。
(二)例假日及國定假日:上午08時00分至下午17時00分。
(三)農曆春節期間不開放。
(四)如本校辦理教學活動、工程施工或有安全維護需求時,得暫停或調整開放時間,並於
校門口告周知。


三、使用規範與禁止事項
(一)請由指定入口進出,禁止攀越圍牆或進入未開放區域。
(二)禁止汽車、機車、自行車及寵物進入校園。
(三)禁止嬰幼兒車、推車、滑板、直排輪、蛇板等輪類遊具及任何型式之釘鞋進入運動場。
(四)禁止含糖飲料、有機溶劑、化學藥品及各式火種進入運動場。
(五)禁止從事任何軟硬式棒壘球之活動。
(六)禁止舉辦或從事任何營利性質活動。
(七)嚴禁燃放鞭炮、放置易燃易爆危險物品。
(八)禁止嚼檳榔、口香糖、吸菸或其他影響公共衛生之行為。

(九)請愛護校園環境,禁止亂丟垃圾、張貼或懸掛不當物品。
(十)禁止任何違反法令或善良風俗之行為。


四、安全責任與維護
(一)使用期間應遵守校警或值勤人員指示,以維護秩序與安全。
(二)如發現設施異常或損壞,請立即通報校警或值勤人員並暫停使用。
(三)若因使用不當造成他人受傷或設施損壞,應自行負擔相關法律責任,學校對個人財物或
人身安全不負保管及賠償責任。


五、設備維護及賠償
(一)使用者應善用場地,如有損壞或遺失,應負責修復或賠償。
(二)本校保有修正、暫停或終止場地開放之權利。

六、場地租借優先規定
(一)如場地已核准外借,外借單位享有優先使用權。
(二)場地租借事宜請洽本校總務處(電話:03-2871886 分機 512)。

Campus Open Access Regulations

I. Open Areas

The school sports facilities, including the athletic track and ball courts, are open for community use. All instructional buildings, administrative offices, specialized classrooms, and any areas not officially announced as open are strictly prohibited from entry.

II. Opening Hours

  1. Weekdays and winter/summer vacations: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
  2. Weekends and national holidays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  3. Closed during the Lunar New Year period.
  4. Opening hours may be temporarily suspended or adjusted due to school activities, construction projects, or safety concerns. Any changes will be announced at the school entrance.

III. Rules of Use and Prohibited Activities

  1. Please enter and exit through designated entrances only. Climbing over fences or entering restricted areas  is prohibited.
  2. Motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, and pets are not allowed on campus.
  3. Strollers, carts, skateboards, inline skates, caster boards, wheeled recreational equipment, and shoes with spikes of any kind are prohibited on the sports field.
  4. Sugary drinks, organic solvents, chemical substances, and all types of fire sources are prohibited on the  sports field.
  5. All softball and baseball activities (hardball or softball) are prohibited.
  6. Any commercial or profit-making activities are strictly prohibited.
  7. Firecrackers and flammable or explosive materials are strictly forbidden.
  8. Chewing betel nut, chewing gum, smoking, or any behavior that affects public hygiene is prohibited.
  9. Please protect the campus environment. Littering and posting or hanging inappropriate items are prohibited.
  10. Any behavior that violates laws, regulations, or public morals is strictly prohibited.

IV. Safety Responsibilities and Maintenance

1. Users must follow the instructions of campus security or on-duty personnel to maintain order and safety.

2. If any facility malfunction or damage is discovered, please report it immediately to campus security or on-duty personnel and stop using the facility.

3. Any injuries to others or damage to facilities caused by improper use shall be the user’s legal responsibility. The school       assumes no responsibility for the safekeeping or compensation of personal property or personal safety.
 

V. Facility Maintenance and Compensation

1. Users must take proper care of the facilities. Any damage or loss shall be repaired or compensated by the user.

2. The school reserves the right to revise, suspend, or terminate campus open access.

VI. Priority for Venue Rental

1. If a venue has been officially approved for rental, the renting organization shall have priority usage rights.
